Grabbed the M and it fits exactly how I hoped, structured through the shoulders and just the right length hitting mid-thigh. The single-breasted front looks so clean and polished.
Really happy with this purchase overall. The stand collar keeps my neck warm without needing a scarf, which I love for my morning commute. Only thing is the sleeves run just a touch long on me, but I'm 5'4" so that might just be a me problem.
I've bought cheaper coats that fell apart after one season and more expensive ones that weren't worth the price. This Anna coat hits a sweet spot I wasn't expecting. The wool blend is warm without being itchy, and the fit in a size L is roomy enough to layer a chunky sweater underneath without looking bulky.
The coat itself is really pretty and the wool blend feels high quality. I ordered my usual M and it was a bit roomier than expected through the chest, so I might size down next time. Still wearing it and loving the look though.
The coat looks exactly like the photos and the stand collar is really attractive. My concern is that below about 45 degrees it doesn't feel warm enough as a standalone outer layer. I have to add a heavy cardigan underneath, which makes it bulkier than I'd like. For mild autumn days it's great, just don't expect serious winter warmth.
Been wearing it almost every day since it arrived two weeks ago. The long sleeves are the perfect length on me at 5'6" ordering a size M, and the chest circumference at 110cm fits without pulling. Honestly one of the better coat purchases I've made in years.
