The coat itself is well made and the padding is genuinely thick and warm, which I appreciated during a cold snap last week. However I ordered my usual size medium and it felt pretty snug across the shoulders, so I wish I had gone up to a large. If you're between sizes definitely size up, otherwise you'll be returning it like I almost did.
