Threw this on over a hoodie for a grocery run in 28 degree weather and stayed completely comfortable. The relaxed unisex cut doesn't look boxy at all, it just hangs nicely. Honestly shocked at how warm the down filling is without adding any bulk under my arms.
Ordered my usual size medium and it fits more like a large, so if you want a closer fit definitely size down. The down filling is legitimately cozy and the weatherproof shell does repel light rain, so the jacket itself works well. Just wish the sizing was more consistent because I almost returned it before realizing I should have gone with a small.
Picked up the Black in a large and the relaxed fit layers perfectly over my thick sweaters. The weatherproof shell handled a snowy morning commute without soaking through at all. My only minor gripe is that spot cleaning only feels limiting for a jacket you wear this much, but it hasn't been an issue yet and the jacket itself is excellent.
Every puffer I've tried before this one made me look like a marshmallow but the Luella actually has a clean silhouette.
Wore the Lily Green on back to back weekend mornings of errands and got so many compliments on the color. The stand collar keeps that annoying gap at the back of your neck completely covered. Lightweight enough that I forget I'm wearing a down jacket, which sounds simple but is actually really hard to pull off.

The Dark Gray hides daily wear well and the jacket itself is well constructed for the price point. I do wish the care instructions allowed for a gentle machine wash because spot cleaning a jacket you wear in wind and drizzle feels tedious. That aside, the weatherproof shell really does shed moisture and the fit across my shoulders is great in a size small.
Took a chance on Lily Green instead of a neutral and absolutely love how it brightens up a gray winter day. The puffer is lightweight enough that I wore it on a cool fall morning without overheating, and then it kept me genuinely warm when the temperature dropped in the afternoon. The unisex relaxed cut fits me at a size XL and I can layer a thick hoodie underneath no problem.
The Soft Peach color is absolutely beautiful and the down filling is cozy on a cold morning walk. My concern is the zipper feels a little flimsy and I've had to be careful pulling it up quickly so it doesn't snag. If they improve the zipper hardware this would easily be a five star jacket because everything else about it is great.

Got caught in unexpected rain wearing the Coffee color and the shell did a great job shedding water without soaking through. It's not a rain jacket obviously but for light drizzle it holds up better than expected. Would give five stars but the hang-to-dry instruction means it takes forever to dry after a wet day, just something to keep in mind.
