Wore this to a rooftop bar and got so many compliments on the bubble hem. The black and white polka dot print is crisp and retro without looking costumey, and the elastic waist made it so easy to throw on after work. Honestly one of the best $39 purchases I've made this summer.
I ordered the medium and it fits exactly like the size chart said it would. The broadcloth fabric feels light and smooth, which is perfect for hot weather, and the bubble hem gives it this bouncy, fun shape when you walk. Paired it with a black bodysuit and felt like I was in a 2000s music video in the best possible way.
The skirt itself is adorable and the fit around the waist is really forgiving thanks to the elastic. My only note is that the belt detail feels a little flimsy, like I wouldn't want to cinch it too tight. Still wearing it constantly though.
