Wore this to a rooftop birthday dinner with strappy gold heels and got stopped twice for compliments before I even sat down. The polyester-elastane blend doesn't feel cheap at all, it actually looks more expensive than $49. The mid-stretch fabric moves with you when you walk and doesn't ride up constantly like some fitted minis do.

The dress itself is well-made and the black color is a true, deep black which I appreciate. My issue is the length. I'm 5'7 and the 31.9 inch body length sits pretty high on my thighs, to the point where I had to be careful all evening. If you're petite this is probably perfect, but tall girls should factor that in before ordering.
